（中央社記者汪淑芬台北29日電）對流發展旺盛，中央氣象局今天上午發布9縣市大雨及豪雨特報。

豪雨特報縣市為台南市、高雄市、屏東縣及台東縣與金門縣；大雨特報縣市為嘉義縣、嘉義市、花蓮縣與澎湖縣。

氣象局觀測，今天零時到上午8時30分，台東太麻里累積雨量已達255毫米，台南市西港區215毫米，台南市北區、南區及安平區，及高雄市茄萣區、台東縣卑南鄉累積雨量都超過150毫米。

氣象局提醒，連日降雨，山區應注意坍方、落石、土石流及山洪爆發，沿海低窪地區防淹水，民眾應避免進入山區及河川活動。1050929
